Conical furnace gallbladder is an important compression element in the automatic fuel boiler which connects the front tube plate and the corrugated furnace, the wave furnace and the front pipe of the wet smoke box. The purpose of using conical furnace is to reduce the overall size of the boiler and reduce the volume of the product. It can produce much more heat than a general boiler.
The ideal shape of a conical furnace is a step cone. But in order to improve the welding method of the edge hole of the front tube plate, the wave furnace and the front tube plate of the wet smoke box, the welding quality is improved. Therefore, the straight section of the cylinder is added at both ends of the conical furnace.
The manufacturing process for conical furnace: crossed - gas cutting blanking - longitudinal seam edge planing, groove - roll cone shape - longitudinal seam welding of double sides - pipe inspection, X X-ray detection, hot pressing shaping - round school car ends.
There are two main processes in the manufacturing process of the conical furnace: one is the cold roll of the coiling machine on the conical furnace gall, and the two is the shaping of the hot press of the die.
